¶ Ampere Altra Dev Kit
The Ampere Altra Dev Kit is a bare-bones system by ADLINK/IPI. Details can be seen at https://www.ipi.wiki/products/com-hpc-ampere-altra
It consists of a COM-HPC motherboard, a COM-HPC-ALT module that contains the Ampere Altra SoC and DIMM slots, a heatsink/fan and a VGA to HDMI adapter.

The FAN_0 header doesn't appear to work: the fan never powers on. Use FAN_1 etc. instead.
The ‘COM1’ box header has a pitch of 2mm: a 2mm to 2.54mm adapter cable with a PC RS232 kit should work.
